“I’ve had a combination of treatments with Health Counts, including getting rid of my liver spots, thread veins and facial hair as well as Botox and Fillers. I’ve also had Microneedling and skin peels. I’ve loved all of the results. I feel like I’m in control of how I look now, rather than my date of birth!“ * – Katie P. – Manningtree

N-LITE (ALSO KNOWN AS REGENLITE) LASER:
The N-Lite (Regenlite) Skin rejuvenation system has a long history of proven success. If you’re looking for younger, healthier looking skin, the N-Lite can smooth out wrinkles, improve collagen production and enhance overall skin rejuvenation. This wavelength of light stimulates the natural repair mechanisms of the skin by penetrating into the blood vessels and stimulating the body to produce collagen. Increased collagen over time leads to the filling out of fine lines and wrinkles and thus plumper, smoother skin. It’s great for improving acne & other scarring too!
The effectiveness of the N-Lite treatment has been evaluated using bio-chemical analysis, electron microscopy histology, ultrasound imaging and clinical studies and has been described in Lancet publications in TGFβ research papers. TGF-β1 is a polypeptide member of the transforming growth factor beta superfamily of cytokines. The N-Lite stimulates the production of this within your skin. Most patients would expect to have a course of 4 to 6 treatments at around a month apart and then possibly have a top up treatment once or twice a year. Treatments start at £50 for the lip area although many patients opt to have a full facial treatment to get the best overall improvement.

SKIN REJUVENATION WITH GENUINE DERMAROLLER & ELECTRONIC MICRO-NEEDLING
“After 4 sessions with Health Counts, I can honestly say my skin has never looked as good” – Karen B. – Ipswich
If you’re suffering from photo-damaged skin or skin which looks tired, uneven in colour with fine lines or acne scars, then you need to look into EDS (Electronic Dermastamp). Health Counts has carried out Genuine Dermaroller skin needling rejuvenation since 2009, and now also offers the upgraded and highly effective electronic version, so we’ve lots of experience and success stories under our belt. Using advanced, electronic skin micro-needling, this procedure stimulates the skin to regenerate, resurface and repair itself naturally and safely. It also prompts the formation of new blood vessels to boost blood supply to your dermis, which leads to glowing, well-nourished and thus younger looking skin. A course of 3 to 6 treatments will give the best results, although even one treatment can make a noticeable difference. This is a procedure which must be medically supervised and because Health Counts is one of the few clinics in the region to tick this box, you can be sure of safe, professional treatment carried out under exacting conditions with strict clinical governance. Find out how to get your skin looking the best ever and get in touch!
STRETCH MARK REDUCTION USING GENUINE DERMAROLLER AND ELECTRONIC MICRO NEEDLING
Stretch marks also respond well to a course of micro-needling, for the reasons given above and because the process causes the striations to begin to break down. It also stimulates the formation of new blood vessels so the skin is better nourished and oxygenated. The collagen stimulating effect also helps to smooth out the skin, reducing the appearance of the marks. If stretch marks are red, then our N-Lite laser can help to reduce or remove the redness and once the red is cleared, should there be any remaining silvery marks, these can be treated by micro-needling.
