Phorest Client Experience Award 2020
To echo and further reinforce our 100 five-star Google reviews, we’re also incredibly happy to have been awarded the Phorest Client Experience Award by Phorest Salon Software.
The Phorest Client Experience Award is given to clinics with exceptionally high standards of customer service and client satisfaction. The award is based on reviews that clinics’ clients’ post using their clinic software after they leave the clinic. It is not based on votes or a judging panel but purely on the experience of customers.
To make this award even more difficult to attain is the requirement that clinics must maintain consistently high reviews (at least 4 stars or 5 stars) for 12 consecutive months.
Over the course of the 12 months, Health Counts Ipswich received 337 reviews.
To receive continuous five-star reviews and to be within the top 6% of clinics in Ireland and the UK to be awarded the Phorest Client Experience Award is something we’re incredibly proud of and it is something we intend to build on.
In the News – Kelly Osbourne has tattoo removal treatment
Kelly Osbourne, daughter of famous rocker Ozzy Osbourne was in the news this week for booking not one but three tattoo removal treatments.
The 35-year-old TV personality took to Instagram to show the tattoo removal process with fans.
The tattoos she wanted removed were located on her wrist and forearm and included tattoos of a keyboard, four leaf clover and the word ‘lovely’.
On her personal blog, Kelly had previously spoken of her desire to remove her tattoos quoting,
“As humans, we fill our conscience with clichés to selfishly justify the ridiculous things we do in life… Such as getting stupid tattoos”.
